A glimpse into my case study on Forever 21 and how they could improve during the “brick and mortar apocalypse.” I first researched the state of retail in that time, then the state of Forever 21 in that time. I also noted fashion retailers who were conquering this apocalypse and excelling at brick and mortar retailing. I then proposed a solution for Forever 21.
